- Gift hampers consisting of alcohol may only be purchased by and
delivered to a person over the age of 18. If you purchase such
a hamper, you will be taken as declaring you are over the age of 18
at the time of purchase.

- In the event of an item being not available, we will replace the
item with one of similar nature and of equal or greater value.
|
|
- For display purposes we may have used props in images.
Unless an item is listed, it is not included in the gift hamper.
|
|
- While we endeavour to deliver by the date requested, this is not
always possible due to unforseen circumstances. You agree that
late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and
does not entitle you to cancel an order.
|
|
- Orders will not be despatched until payment is received in full
by Sentosa.
|
|
- No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays unless
prior arrangement has been made.
|
|
- All cancellations of orders must be done no later than 48 hours
prior to delivery. We do not accept cancellations under any
circumstances once the gift hamper has left our premises.
|
|
- All gift hampers are packed with care and safety in mind to
avoid damage or breakage. In the event a product is delivered
damaged or faulty, please inform Sentosa within 5 days of delivery.
Sentosa is more than happy to replace that item once it has been
returned to Sentosa and deemed faulty or damaged. A
replacement item will then be promptly be sent to the recipient.

- Please enter all delivery details carefully. Inaccurate or
misspelt delivery information often results in delays in delivery.
If Sentosa is charged a re-delivery fee because of inaccurate
delivery details, that charge will be passed on to you.
|
|
- It is your responsibility to inform Sentosa immediately if an
order has not arrived. We will then endeavour to track that
order and have it delivered as soon as possible.
|
|
- We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from
items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
This includes loss or damage resulting from delivery to unattended
addresses for the sender has opted to have the gift hamper left at
the door.

|
- Should you have any problem relating to your purchase, please
contact us within 5 days of delivery or expected delivery of your
hamper, at which time we will attempt to resolve your issue within a
reasonable period of time.
|
|
- All business details and information from buyers are strictly
confidential. Your information entrusted with
Sentosa Australia will be used solely by Sentosa Australia.
